I used Blooming with Kindness, My Friend and En Francais Stamp Sets to stamp on the canvas pennants.
I used Chevron Border Punch to make and template the I sponged chevrons on the pennants.
I used Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack, which includes cork printed adhesive flowers and some twine.
The Banner Blast Stamp Set has 10 stamps 7 banners and a heart. a star and a flower.
